Geoseph is a very generous instructor. I have learned so much from my sessions and cannot wait to learn more. The preparation, techniques, and coaching are un-matched. I am so glad I tried a session with Geoseph!

So happy I stumbled on this Instagram page, Bean to Bar World aka The Science of Chocolate, a few months ago. Had the privilege to attend a couple meet ups where I got to taste a variety of chocolates, learn about the origins and process of how its made, and so much more. Geoseph is incredibly kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Recently, I placed an online order to take advantage of a sale and stocking up in some favourites, I was super impressed with the packaging,
presentation and thoughtful note with my purchase. Looking forward to sampling and sharing what I have ordered and attending more meet up events in the future.

Such an amazing place!! Superb chocolates from all over the world and the best customer service! Geoseph is so knowledgeable and will really help you find the best bars for your taste. It’s like a fine wine tasting but for chocolate :). I booked a 30min slot and ended up being there for over an hour. Never felt rushed and could take all the time I needed. A must visit!

My daughter and I had a great time at the Chocolate and Cheese Tasting event. We were always curious about this pairing and now we’ve got the experience. I’ve never taken the time to “taste” chocolate properly; it’s amazing how many flavours come to mind when you do. Thank you so much, Geoseph!

10/10! Excellent place to get your bean to bar chocolates and I highly recommend trying them out. I’ve only used the online store and have had amazing customer service. I believe it is the owner who handles the logistics. He is reachable on WhatsApp and very open with unbiased suggestions. You can feel his passion for chocolates and hoping each of his customers tastes the chocolate for themselves. He does not hard sell more expensive chocolates to make a profit. In one of my shipments the wrong chocolate bar was sent, he immediately amended it by sending me the correct bar and added some samples and a colour tasting wheel as well. Will continue to recommend and order from bean to bar for all my chocolates!

We had such a great time doing a virtual chocolate tasting with Geoseph from Bean To Bar! He organized the event for our team of 10, who are spread out across Canada, and it gave us a chance to connect, chat, and share a really fun evening of learning and chocolate. He even complemented each tasting with music from the region the chocolate originated from, which added such a special touch. Geoseph was able to accommodate our tight timeline and still delivered the perfect balance of entertainment, information, and engagement. I’d absolutely do it again, and now the whole team is hoping for an in-person tasting with him next!

I contacted Geoseph after reading through the awesome and generous information he shares on his website. I was looking for new pure dark chocolate bars to sample so I asked for suggestions. He was extremely helpful and informative about the range of products he carries. Thanks to his help and our extensive conversation, I ended up with a great selection of bars, all of which were quite good. I highly recommend buying your chocolate from beantobarworld!

Last night we had a wonderful tea and chocolate pairing. Even though l eventually picked the pairings it was Geoseph’s advice on which bars to try that made the evening a success.
He spent a lot of time explaining tea tasting to me and our chocolate lovers society is extremely grateful for his help in providing the right bars.

This is the best place for a chocolate lover. The owner is very knowledgable and he stocks bean to bar chocolate from all over the world, many of which you won't find elsewhere in Canada. The chocolate was delicious. We tried variety of bars and purchased a few different products.

I am always impressed by the care that geoseph takes in wrapping the bars for shipping.
The bars are always carefully wrapped and padded. This may seem like an obvious thing to do but other suppliers are not as conscientious.

What a fantastic experience with Bean to Bar World! Amazing online curation of delicious chocolate bars, came packaged very well with a thoughtful personalized note which I appreciated very much. One of the bars I wanted was sold out and Geoseph was super communicative and very kind, not to mention clearly extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Absolutely this is the kind of business I want to keep supporting, I will be back!

This was one of the most fun virtual team building events I think I've ever attended (and since covid we've done quite a few). It was interesting, surprising, sparked a lot of good conversation among the group, and I now understand a whole lot more about single-source and bean-to-bar chocolates than I did before. We had a group of 35 very very diverse people and everyone said what a great time they had. Highly recommended.

My friend and I booked a chocolate and tea tasting with Geoseph and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed learning more about the chocolate making process and of course loved trying the different chocolate and tea combinations. I highly recommend booking a chocolate tasting! It is such a unique and fun experience.
