  1. For food products, there are no returns or exchanges, only refunds.

  2. Refunds may be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.

  3. Refunds are issued on a case by case bases related to:

    • Severely damaged products (such as damaged boxes, wrappers via the courier)

    • Melting due to an error on our end (not due to improper storage or neglecting a package left outside in the sun).

    • Missing products (these may be refunded or re-sent)

  4. When contacting us, please ensure you have photos of the issues (if applicable).

  5. Refunds are not issued because you didn’t enjoy the flavour or quality of the product. All products are high quality, and vary in flavour expectations. Part of the intrigue of craft artisan chocolate.
