Private events can be held at locations shown below, your own space, or I can help locate a venue. General pricing below, or let me know your budget and we can work together on a great event!

Free to reserve the date. Click on one of the booking buttons below depending on the venu or for off-site at your home or office. You may change the date/time if need before details are confirmed.
If you do not receive an email back within 24-48 hours, please check your other email folders (junk/spam).
Bookings will be canceled if there is no response within 3-5 days.
+ Where do you host private events?
There are some options shown below, but I can also rent locations in other parts of the city.
If you already have a location at your home, office, or another venue, then we can use that as well. I may be able to adjust the pricing in that case depending on location and number of guests.
+ Can I make changes after booking?
Yes, You may adjust the date and time if need be within reasonable time frame, especially before details are confirmed. I understand number of guests will change as well, so let me know when you book the estimated guests and anything you're unsure of at the time of booking!
+ Pricing for events
Pricing will depend on number of guests and type of tasting or kitchen workshop. See below next the venues for some general ideas on pricing. An event at a third party location will likely cost more than if you are using your own venue/space.
Alternatively, you can let me know your budget for the event and I can see how I can accomodate that. Happy to work with you!
You will pay via a secure online e-invoice.
+ Add-ons & Gift Bags
You may also add-on gift bags or boxes for guests to take with them after the event. They can include one or more fine chocolate bars (see the online shop), as well as hot chocolate packs, gianduja, and more. All made with quality ingredients and cacao that goes above Fairtrade standards!

For a classic 10 piece tasting, pricing can range from $89pp for 4-5 people, to $49 for 10 or more.
You may pre-order bars or gift bags as takeaways for your guests. No bars available for sale after event.
Other tasting themes can include a focus on the history of chocolate, the process and manufacturing, nutrition, relaxation therapy tasting, and more as listed on the virtual tasting page. Feel free to suggest an idea or theme as well!
+ Duration
Most tastings are a comfortable 75-90 minute tasting, but happy to accomodate longer or shorter durations.
+ Coordinating with dinner/meals
I recomend to have the tasting before a large meal, or a few hours after one for the best tasting experience. There are many excellent restaurants and food establishments within walking distance of the shop.
+ Location & Parking
Located by Pender and Main Street with some limited street parking, and a parking garage in Chinatown Plaza a couple blocks away. Also very accessible by bus.
Main Street Science World Skytrain station is about a 10 minute bus ride away.

Located by Main and Keefer. There is limited street parking, but there is a large parking garage across the street and a smaller lot a few steps away. Located by Bao Bei and across Chinatown Plaza.
Chinatown Stadium Station is about a 10-15 minute walk right along Keefer street.

+ Pricing At Your Venue
Pricing will depend on where you are located, how many guests, theme of the event, and other expectations. Small groups may be around $80 per person while larger groups may be around $50 per person. I will let you know once I have your booking details, or reach out and ask before you book if you wish.

Locating A Venue
Depending on your budget and group size, I am happy to help find a venue suitable for your group and event in the greater Vancouver area.

Venues in the city can range quite a bit ($50-100 per hour, or up to $1000). It really depends on your expecations, budget, and what is available in your area during the time requested.
I will be happy to find the most suitable event for you, so please fill out the booking form with as many details as possible and I can help. Usually to locate a new venue I require a few weeks notice at least as the date you require may already be booked.

Less structured but with a fun and a memorable impact for your guests!
A station at your business or venue. Guests will come up to the station at any time and taste, engage, learn, and ask questions with a professional chocolate sommelier.
Option to sell a range of fine ethical chocolate bars and products at the event
