Made with Trinitario/Amelonado variety cacao from the Ebier Suth Cokran co-op in Ransiki, West Papua, Indonesia.

Ingredients: Cacao Beans, Raw Cane Sugar.

Suggested Flavour Notes: Passion Fruit, Mango. Other’s may experience Plum, Prune, Toasted.

Texture: Ruvido has a unique approach resulting in a texture that is rough and wild, so don’t expect a traditional silky smooth chocolate. It truly is an experience.
