Maker Origin: Ruvido is based in Trezzo sull’Adda, Italy just East of Milano.

Made with Criollo/Trinitario cacao from The Gaura Estate in Gaura, West Sumba, Indonesia. Established by the Lianto family in order to improve the livelihood of the locals(including running a free primary school for the farmer’s children). Cacao is grown interplanted with various trees including timber, sengong, and mahogany.

Ingredients: Cacao Beans, Raw Cane Sugar.

Suggested Flavour Notes: Peach, Melon. Other’s may experience Blackberry, Raspberry, Smokey, Bread Crust, Roasted Nuts.

Texture: Ruvido has a unique approach resulting in a texture that is rough and wild, so don’t expect a traditional silky smooth chocolate. It truly is an experience.
