Colouring - Post Casting Spraying
This is for post-casting spraying, where you colour directly onto the chocolate instead of the mould. It is when you wish to have either a matte finish or a fuzzy velvet finish.
+ What's Covered?
We will go over how to spray your chocolate figurines and such after they have already been casted and assembled.
This can be colouring using coloured cocoa butter (for larger figurines you'll likely need a larger spray gun and compressor).
This can also be spraying your figurine or showpiece with tempered chocolate mixed with cocoa butter using a Wagner spray gun (no compressor needed).
Both are messy, so have a spray booth or somewhere to spray that can be cleaned up easily.
We can cover different techniques, for matt finish, or velvet finish via freezing. If you have an image of what you want to achieve, you at attach it in the form when you book.
+ How Long Should I Book?
At least 1.5-2 hours or so depending on your level and how much you need to spray.
+ Is This Good For Beginners?
No, but let me know your skill level, and previous spraying experience, and we can go from there.
