I love the selection that Geoseph curates because the chocolate bars are often hard-to-find makers in the US and smaller chocolate makers are featured, which I would not otherwise have heard of. I come across so many interesting cultural flavors and micro-chocolate makers who are amazing at plain single origin bars. I also like to check in to see new makers every so often.
