Who Is This For: Anyone who wants to learn to make chocolate from scratch. It will be a fun and chilll evening - so beginners are welcome. Warning, it is straight forward and simple enough, but will require a lot of work and patience. The class will be very hands on.

You will learn everything you need to know about making chocolate from scratch (from the beans) at home using a stone melanger. There will be a lot of information, but excellent for kitchen geeks or those who love to learn about their food.

We will learn about the process of chocolate making, engage in tastings, lots of Q&A, have some fun while we work, and take away chocolate and chocolate products.

Chocolate made will be used for truffles and other products that don't require tempering. We won't be tempering the chocolate into bars, but rather find many other uses for homemade chocolate!

Includes: 300g worth of homemade dark chocolate, various samples of cacao and chocolate, literature, and all the knowledge you require to begin making your own chocolate at home.

Your Instructor: Geoseph: Expert Chocolate Sommelier, Chocolatier, & Chocolate Maker with nearly 20 years experience in the chocolate industry.
