Many years ago in Vancouver I sold Avanaa bars, and now they are back. Avanaa is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Made with cacao from Kallari co-op in Ecuador, which helps support Kichwa people and preserving the Ecuadorian rainforest.
Ingredients: Organic Cacao, Organic Cane Sugar.
Suggested Flavour Notes: Molasses, Nuts, Vanilla. Others suggest spice such as cloves or nutmeg.

Ingredients: Organic Cacao, Organic Cane Sugar, All-Purpose Flour, Butter, Toasted Corn, Brown Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Ghost Pepper.
Suggested Flavour Notes: The Colombian beans offer a more nutty/baked profile. The chocolate is topped with a fine crunchy crumble of spiced corn and chili.

Suggested Flavour Notes: A lovely aromatic melody of two citrus fruits (Bergamot from the Earl Grey tea) and orange which marry very well with the 55% milk chocolate. The infused tea leaves are sprinkled on the back of the bar for a lovely delicate crunch.
