CocoAH! Fine Chocolate From Italy Is Now Here!

For a while I have wanted to showcase CocoAH! chocolate after trying it in Portugal a couple years ago. Happy to finally have it in my shop here at The Science Of Chocolate. Marco is the artist behind this beautiful line of single-origin bars.

Marco worked as an Engineer for many years before deciding to delve into another passion of his: chocolate making. Through much experimentation, and the expert tasting panel of his wife Silvia and two sons, out comes an exquisite line of bean-to-bar chocolate with clear defined notes, no bitterness, and each bar a unique expression of the unique cacao used from Ecuador to Philippines to Tanzania and beyond. I have to say, there are not many who can produce an aromatic 100% bar, but Marco’s 100% Ecuador bar is absolutely a wonderful of example of how fine cacao can be just as enjoyable with no sugar at all. His style is clear obvious flavour notes but with a very creamy smooth finish, sure to appeal to many. Great bars for bean-to-bar beginners and enthusiasts alike!
