Suggested Flavour Notes: Bread Crust, Hazelnut Cream, Hay, Baked, Pie Crust, Cream.

Belu jumped into the recent revival of Salvadorian cacao production. El Salvador produces beautifully aromatic cacao. Belu started out creating drinking chocolate with traditional methods, and now produces a range of Salvadorian made cacao products.
