Cacao: Organically grown cocoa beans from the John Crow Mountains, and a mix of Criollo and Trinitario varieties.

Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Cane Sugar.

Suggested Flavour Notes: Baked, Molasses, Cookie, Warm Spices, Cream, Chocolate Custard.

A very comforting and warm soft flavour that takes you through a few distinct flavours, some of which are listed above. Zero bitterness or harshness which is unique for a true 75% (no extra cocoa butter).
