Julian and his team based in Curitiba, Brazil are relatively new in the bean-to-bar scene yet are already creating fantastic single-origin and unique flavoured bars. Some of the best Brazilian bean-to-bar chocolate I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying.

Their 72% and 80% Intense single-origins are packed full of a range of aromas and character. And their flavoured bars are just as wonderful such as their new spicy hibiscus white or Earl Grey almond dark chocolate.

If you have not tried Utopia Tropical yet, you’re missing out. If you like Single-origin with flavour that makes you think, you won’t be disappointed. And if you like new takes on flavoured bars, they are sure to impress. I also adore their dulce speculaas, passion fruit milk, and tonka bean.
