This bar is made with Brazilian cocoa butter as well as caramelized whole milk for a dulce de leche flavour, combined with homemade speculoos cookie pieces (spiced ginger cookies) for a very warm and comforting flavour.

This bar is made in collaboration with Dpaula, a street artist from Brazil.

Ingredients: Organic Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Caramelized Milk Powder, Speculoos Cookies.

Suggested Flavour Notes: As expected, a strong dulce de leche, lightly spiced, with a soft crunchy cookie in each bite.
