This is a great alternative for those seeking dark chocolate made without more traditional sucrose/cane sugar nor any bitterness. It may not be a great choice for those who enjoy the simplicity of single-origin, as the Monkfruit/Eritritol may act as a distraction.

Belu jumped into the recent revival of Salvadorian cacao production. El Salvador produces beautifully aromatic cacao. Belu started out creating drinking chocolate with traditional methods, and now produces a range of Salvadorian made cacao products.
