We will go over how to prepare your cocoa butter for spraying, and how to spray using your spray gun. You must have a spray gun and compressor. If you don't and need to know what and where to purchase, Contact me before booking and I can help direct you to some options.

You should already know how to temper chocolate and have attempted to cast shells.

+ How Long Should I Book?

I would say at least an hour if you have never done this, but it may run longer. If you wish to not only spray, but cast in the same session, I would recommend 2 hours.

+ Is This Good For Beginners?

You will already need to be comfortable with tempering successfully, and be able to cast shells with an even thickness.
