Cacao: Nacional cacao from Tierra Hermosa, single estate cacao grown in Manabi, Ecuador.

Ingredients: Cacao Beans, Cacao Butter, Cane Sugar, Freeze-Dried Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, And Blackberries.

Suggested Flavour Notes: Woody, Floral, Baked, Herbaceous, Hay from the chocolate itself. The freeze-dried fruits are sprinkled on the back of the bar.

The cacao in Manabi, Ecuador has been revitalized with improved fermentation, led by third generation cacao grower, Leonardo Andrade. This beautiful Nacional cacao is processed locally in Manabi, Ecuador.
