A beautiful example of a wine-infusion bar. The excitement of a sweet ice wine, and the deep cocoa and fruity backdrop of the Ecuador origin cacao. Perfect on a Charcuterie board to add some spark and conversation.

“Lees” is the left over grape skins and yeast found in the barrel after decanting the wine. The nibs are infused in the barrel for 3 months, then ground and turned into a simple dark chocolate with a loud ice wine flavour. The natural aromas of the wine captured into every nib and bite.

Ingredients: Cacao Nibs, Organic Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter.

Suggested Flavour Notes: Grape, Raspberry Jam, Sweet Cream, Wild Honey, Chocolate Cake.
