Ingredients: Organic Cocoa Beans, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Dried Sour Cherries, Cherry Liquer, Heavy Cream, Vanilla Bean.

Suggested Flavour Notes: The base for this bar is the fudge-like flavour of the Ugandan nibs which are soaked in Tattersall Distilling’s sour cherry liqueur and ground together with dried tart cherries. This is then swirled with a rich white chocolate made with heavy cream and Tahitian vanilla beans.
