Cacao Origin: Criollo cacao from Tuzantan, Chiapas, Mexico

Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Sugar, Freeze-Dried Raspberries.

The Raspberries are ground into the chocolate for a smoother feel and uniform flavour throughout. A bright berry explosion complementing the Tuzantan cacao which has yogurt and spice aromas. A bright and warm flavour profile.

Bars by Kakoa are lightly roasted with a shorter refining time giving them a more untamed and vibrant flavour and texture.
