Cacao: Organic cacao from Tlaxcala, Mexico.

Ingredients: Cacao, organic sugar, cocoa butter, raspberry powder.

A deep rich chocolate backdrop with very prominent and fragrant raspberry flavour that shines through. Smoothness is about a 4/5 with a pleasant sticky finish. The raspberry is ground into the chocolate.

Levelez challenge the idea of Mexican origin chocolate being very heavy, earthy, and intense. Their selection of cacao and processing techniques bring forth a new side of cacao origin chocolate.
