Ingredients: Organic cacao, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, Mango Powder.

A deep rich chocolate backdrop with very prominent and fragrant mango flavour that shines through. The mangos are Mexican grown in Oaxaca. Smoothness is about a 4/5 with a pleasant sticky finish. The mango is blended into the chocolate.

Levelez sources local cacao in the Tabasco region and crafts chocolate locally in Mexico. They challenge the idea of Mexican origin chocolate being very heavy, earthy, and intense. Their selection of cacao and processing techniques bring forth a new side of cacao origin chocolate.
