Made with cacao grown on 1-2 hectare smallholder farms in the region of Bundibugyo, Uganda. In addition to fair pricing for the cacao grown by these farmers, chocolate makers who use this cacao are given opportunities to pay a bonus, which goes directly to the farmers, such as to pay school fees for the farmer’s children.
