Made with Amelonado cacao from Pinalum in North Malekula Island, Vanuatu. This region has grown cacao since the 1800’s. Farmers in the region pool their cacao in a central fermenting facility. The name Ramage (Rah-mah-gee) means “we revivded something everyone else had given up, and we made it something great.”

Ingredients: Cacao Nibs, Organic Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter.

Suggested Flavour Notes: Chocolate Cake, Lemons, Tamarind, Caramel.
