Chocolate Making 101 - Sourcing Equipment

You may already have much of the equipment you require to make chocolate. Depending on your goals (simply making chocolate to enjoy at home vs starting a small business) you may only require a few tools. It’s always best to learn to work with what you have, see if you actually enjoy making chocolate, then invest in more specialized equipment once you know this is what you want to do!
