SOC Fruity Buttermilk Almond White Chocolate Dragée

It was summer and I visited a blueberry farm here in BC. They also had a shop and sold various freeze-dried fruits. I decided to make some buttermilk white chocolate with strawberries and peaches. Although the peaches were masked by the buttermilk and strawberry, it still turned out tasty. Almost like a fruity cheesecake flavour. I decided to use it to coat some roasted candied almonds, and this is the result!

Ingredients: Almonds, Sugar, Chocolate (Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Buttermilk Powder, Freeze-dried Peach, Freeze-dried Strawberry), Icing Sugar (Sugar, Corn Starch).

Contains dairy, nuts, cornstarch.
