Cacao: Organically grown cocoa beans from the John Crow Mountains, and a mix of Criollo and Trinitario varieties.

Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Unrefined Jamaica Cocoa Butter, Worthy Park Cane Sugar, Worthy Park Selected Rum.

Suggested Flavour Notes: Sweet Rum, Brown Sugar, Warm Spices.

A very prominent sweet rum flavour shines through on your first bite. Not overpower or overly fermented flavour, but a nice clean well balanced rum flavour that carries through. Not a super silky melt, but the flavour makes up for that.
