These are delicious, and I wasn’t even planning to make them. Sometimes I love just seeing what I have and creating something from it. So I had a spiced milk chocolate I wasn’t sure what to do with. So I loosely ground together pistachio, cranberry, and coconut. Maybe an homage to the Italian flag? Either way, they turned out just as good as I had hoped.

Ingredients: Toasted Pistachio, Cranberry, Coconut, Milk Chocolate (Cocoa Beans, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Milk Powder, Spices), Cocoa Powder.
