This is a collection of bean-to-bar chocolate from some talented makers. Pure (AKA unflavoured or “single-origin”) means the flavour comes from the cocoa bean (or cocoa butter) itself, and NOT from any additional ingredients. Think fine wine, coffee, and tea. These bars don’t taste like your typical dark, milk, or white chocolate. The flavours are influenced by the genetic varietal of the cacao, fermentation, and roasting profile.
